If you are a New Customer and would like to place your order over the telephone, simply contact our toll-free customer care center at 1-877-210-3777. One of our customer care representatives will create an account for you and help you place your medication order over the phone. Our toll-free support center hours of operation are 5am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 8am-2:30pm PST on Saturday.

Please remember that all new prescription orders require a valid original prescription to be mailed to the following address:

Existing Customers:

If you are an Existing Customer and would like to refill an existing prescription or place an order for a new prescription, simply contact our toll-free customer support center at 1-877-210-3777. Please remember to provide us with your full name, date of birth, and telephone number. Our customer care representative will locate your account and help you place your order. Our toll-free support center hours of operation are 5am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday, and 8am-2:30pm PST on Saturday.

Refill: If you are calling to refill an existing prescription, you do NOT need to send us the prescription again. Simply provide us with the details of what you want refilled.

New Prescriptions: If you are calling to order a new prescription or your prescription on file has expired, please remember to mail the original prescription to the address below:
